- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The shortest training package I do is 12-weeks. This is because I like a full commitment out of my clients prior to starting.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have the client go through a fitness consultation via Zoom or FaceTime and go through their exercise background. In this session, we create a few manageable and realistic goals for the first period of training. Then we create a plan on how to achieve those goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Purdue University BS in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sports Medicine and a minor in Psychology.
