- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free virtual inspections/consultations. Many customers are surprised how many questions and problems can be solved with a voice or video call.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most customers start with an inspection (on-site or virtual) or mold testing, but we are often able to give an estimate by email if there is enough information and/or photos.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff has just under 100 years of combined experience in mold remediation. We have been through training with IICRC, the Indiana State Chemist, EPA, and many other continual education programs. I don't think you'll find a company with more knowledge of mold remediation.
