I can’t say enough about Shields Care! I’ve never had a positive experience with a mover until Shields Care! They went over and beyond!!! Very polite and friendly which is hard to come by these days. They did everything we could ask for in a mover! Not only did they move us but they also removed everything we weren’t taking and put it in the dumpster we rented. They already have so many good reviews so I knew they were the company I wanted to use and they backed up the reviews they have been given! Just a great all around experience! If you are moving this is the company to use! I can’t give enough stars! Use them if you want a great sxperience!

All three workers were respectful, exhibited a strong work ethic, and provided a quality moving experience. The coordinator, Renee, was especially helpful; Her customer service skills are excellent; a rare attribute these days. I will definitely recommend this company to friends, relatives and neighbors!

FIVE STAR SERVICE!!! Listen... Shields Care LLC gave me the best moving experience! They arrived on time and Shields Care moved my items like they were their own; taking full consideration and “care” when moving my items. Everyone was extremely proficient and professional. They do not waste time nor do they “run up the clock.” They simply did an amazing job and completed by huge move in 4 hours! (Helpful Tip to other Customers: my move was 4 hours because I moved all of my items to the main floor prior to their arrival. Every box was packed, and ready to be moved when they came.) Shields provides superior customer service and gave quick and timely responses to all questions and concerns. As a person who has experience with a lot of moving, l’d rate them well above any other company. They know how to get the job done and do it with a smile. All star service and an all star team! Thank you again for a seamless moving experience and giving me the best customer service.

The guys went above and beyond what I expected! I had a decent amount of heavy furniture that needed to be moved and needed help last minute. I submitted my request on Thumbtack and received a call from them in less than 5 minutes!! And they were willing to come out in an hour! Talk about speedy service! I’ve never experienced anything like this before, so I was beyond shocked and extremely grateful! And considering it was all on such a short notice, the price was right and their professionalism was unmatched! I will definitely keep them on speed dial, 😆!
