Typical process for a new customer is contact by email or phone. Talk about their needs. Usually do a onsite visit and then provide a quote for the services needed.

I'm always looking for a ways to educate myself and the team. learning new things and adapting to the market needs is important to us. We keep up with our equipment maintenance and learn new ways to improve the equipment and services.
