They fixed an area below a downspout where the boards had rotted due to some sort of leak. It required them to remove the gutter & wood (2x6). They even cleaned out the gutter and wiped off the residue while they were there. They also caulked down the roof shingles they believed were likely the cause of the original leak. They then put up new boards, painted, caulked, and sealed everything even better than new. They then readjusted a wooden gate that had hung without a clasp for years I imagine (I just recently purchased the home so I can't say for sure). But this had caused the post to lean in slightly, making even the new hardware I had installed not work properly or without my having to pull the gate upwards every time. Instead of trying to reset the post, which was still secure at the base, they simply adjusted all the hardware and wood on the gate, since they felt the fence was also leaning inward due to the long overdo gate pulling everything inward, and would cause the post to once again lean in the near future. Now, for the first time since I moved here, the gate opens and closes without the least amount of hesitation, work, or resistance. I am extremely pleased with Shane's work and both he and Paul's professionalism. They were courteous. Gave me an accurate estimate. They even shared some simple things I can do to solve other issues. Excellent company. I couldn't be more pleased. I will definitely call them in the future if anything else crops up... without hesitation.

Each individual took the time to understand what I was looking for in the landscape of a rebuilt home. Downspouts have been corrected to drain properly. Dead trees are removed. I am very impressed with the courtesy and professionalism and looking forward to a beautiful lawn knowing that it will be beautifully maintained by Property Masters

I live 9 hours from Greenwood, IN and was looking to find a company that would go the extra mile in what I was asking them to do. My daughter who lives in Greenwood, has a husband who has been deploy to Iraq, if that wasn't enough, she has a two year old, plus is pregnant and works a full time job, she never asks for help and by finding Paul, at Property Master, I came across a man with his business that showed compassion for someone that he has never met, he in turn mowed on Friday of the same week, we set up a schedule and he will remove her snow when the time comes. If that wasn't enough, I asked if he would be kind enough to write a note for her with love from me to make her life just a tiny bit easier until her solder comes home and stick the note on her front door. Paul did all that, followed up with two phone calls. This is a business that went that extra mile and Paul made my day and my daughters a bit easier. Thank you Mary geyelin, NC

They were knowledgeable on grass etc.. Very kind and considerate. Their work seemed good. Had lawn aerated and seeded lawn. Was not home when service was rendered. Was not informed what day they were coming out, so communication could be improved. Discovered by accident while walking around to take out trash the next morning. Aerate job looked pretty good. I would like them to get a little closer to objects as I would have done if I did the job myself. Tried looking for grass seed. Saw some here and there so not sure how good of a job they did. Over all I'm currently please with work rendered. Would use again.

We have a in-house pricing system based off our many years serving the Indianapolis area. We do provide Senior citizen discount and Military discount in appreciation for their service to our country.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to meet with the customer so we can understand exactly what they are wanting. We then can provide a free detailed quote.
