I contacted Trent via Thumbtack ( I live in California and my new house is in Indiana). He called me right away . He listen what my struggles were, he offered solutions and ideas. He went to the property very next day and called me to let me know that he is interested in taking a job. He was the only contractor who did not complain that there’s to much work. I like that! His estimate was very reasonable. Since I live in California and I’m not able to be on the site every day to oversee work, he assured me that they will do great job. He’s doing amazing job!!! He sends me pictures and messages every day, he communicates every time if he has any issues or questions. He was able to fix things that I thought it would not be easy or possible. Trent is very detail oriented, neat, and precise. I was very worried and anxious hiring contractors for the property where I’m not able to be on site daily, but he took away all my worries and anxiety. He is almost done with first project ( pictures to come) and I already booked him for the rest of the remodeling. I am still in awww how easy is to communicate with Trent and how much peace he brings me knowing that my house is in good hands.

They did a great job, laying the floor and installing the vanity in our bathroom. They were very professional and courteous. They arrived when they said they would, and finished lthe job in just two days! I would definitely recommend them.

I’ve rarely experienced such a Professional group. Trent’s Home Improvement was honorable, responsive, hard working, communicative and did great work. They stayed with the job until finished and let me know what was needed to improve the redo of my deck and the fixing of my outside door.
