James, Saul & Devarion showed up very timely. James explained his thoughts on what they needed to do and updated me every step of their work. He asked me to come out and see what they were doing. He constantly asked if i had any questions or wanted something different done! They were very courteous: always please and thank you and maam! They made very little mess and cleaned up very well after themselves! Best experience i have had with Indiana Foundation!!! Would definitely recommend.

CJ & Brandon did a great job on fixing our basement walls. They provided professional recommendations and worked until the job was done. They were professional and so kind to my kids who loved watching them work. Thank you both!

They made a big dusty mess doing the parameter drain and sump in basement, but worse is the open drain off-gassing musty odors. I begged for help and was told by the rep that foam could be put in drain, but no one came,then I called again and a man came,assessed again,but he didn't come back either. I have called many times since, but no one calls me back or comes out anymore. One rep even blocked me from calling him after he'd left only one missed phone message telling me to call him !. Since they did their work over 3 years ago, odors got worse, yellow discoloration has appeared on one wall and 2 walls cracked and caved in requiring me to hire another company to put up steel beams and anchors at great cost. I still owe a big loan to IFS but they won't help to make my home healthy and tolerable. I already remediated all visible mold and I purchased a large dehumidifier to run 24x7. I'm shocked that a company this large does their customers this way. Reportedly they fire workers who refuse to treat customers shady. I can't recommend these shady characters. Their work is pathetic looking, concrete dust was throughout my home for 2 years bc they didn't put up a dust curtain or use exhaust,they won't do what is needed to fix the problem that they created, and customer's satisfaction is not their priority. I have photos ,screenshots and witnesses to back me up. I'm old and they know I don't want to fuss. Shame on the guilty ones, they know who they are. I've thought about contacting the BBB. I STILL might....
