- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices off the first time in a home cleaning.Due to the fact it always takes much longer of a time frame to clean and requires more time.The size/square foot of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Well the first time usually will cost more due to the fact there is more area's to be cleaned and take's longer.I will usually set up a day and time that work's with the customer's schedule to clean after talking with the them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gained a lot of experience and skill's working for a professional cleaning service in the past.
