- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When given a estimate over the app, this is subject to change once we arrive. I base my cleans off the rooms being cleaned vs the sq ft.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new clients, we make sure the client is fully aware of everything we do. We send a check list of our deep cleans and a standard clean. We make sure to ask if they need an initial deep clean. We send a reminder notice, and once complete the owner will follow up to see how thing went.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked most my life in cleaning. I have 20+ years of leading a team. Everything I do and my crew does is very well thought out and each goes through a course cleaning before I allow them on the floor. We have monthly training programs to make sure everyone is staying up to date on all new ways of cleaning.
