- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set pricing, cleaning expectations, and time expectations after I see images or tour the residence. Each house is different and I am sensitive to what each customer wants to see.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Almost a decade of experience in my field!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I went to college at Ball State University and took on a cleaning job to pay for it. I ended up loving it so much that I am starting my own business!
