Natalie and her partner are a powerhouse cleaning duo! They did a deep clean of my downstairs that gets lots of pet and child traffic so it was a big job. Their diligence and attention to detail made the downstairs the cleanest it’s ever been. Natalie and Co were easy to communicate with and so pleasant! I recommend them 100000%! Working with Natalie and her team has been nothing but pure bliss. She’s very respectful and cleans my home like it is brand spanking new. I’ve had previous cleaners in the past clean my home and have been disappointed when noticing cleaning shortcuts. Natalie and her team literally touch and clean everything in my home plus more. They do a great job observing and paying attention to every single detail in my home. Which is why I have continued to work with them for over a year and a half. What I love about Natalie is that she explains to me everything on how she will clean my home and go over the strategy of the clean. I like this because she understands how important it is for me that my house is clean due to the fact that I have a newborn and I am working from home. It’s also great that when we talk in the beginning of the clean we discuss what areas need to be cleaned and then towards the end we do a walk-through and check off everything that is polished and cleaned. As an engineer i see this a well oiled machine. She is very thoughtful, has excellent communication skills and does not show any negative attitude when it comes to special requests and staying longer to finish the job. I do think that Natalie charges her worth and it makes me happy knowing that she is managing her business in a very professional. Finding a good cleaning service is rare given the fact that it’s a high labor job and a lot of time and effort goes into it. If you’re looking for a cleaning service that: - Pays attention to detail - Has excellent communication skills - Does a great job fulfilling their duties - Uses excellent products & materials - Respects the needs and concerns of the customer Then look no fourth further.
