Uphold the “list of items that they clean” that is listed on their website. The representative told me that baseboards are not part of their Standard Cleaning, however their website shows differently. Also, the cleaners did not clean the top of the refrigerator or the stove hood. When I called them back to answer their survey they said they would have someone back out to clean the missed items. I haven’t heard back from them.

Good evening. With the standard clean, the baseboards are dusted, which was completed. Deep clean is when the baseboards are damp wiped and scrubbed.
We attempted to contact you after speaking with you and was unsuccessful. The first time that we were made about the complaints was today, 4 days after your cleaning. We strive to please every customer and because you were not completely satisfied we offered a reclean and requested pictures of the items that was unsatisfactory. We have not received anything on our end. Also you stated that you have not heard from anyone although this issue just came up today and have spoken to you twice. We would love to come to a resolution and hope that we can make you a valued customer.

They left some stain on my stairs that wasn’t there. I don’t allow shoes normally- disappointed they didn’t clean it up, also they didn’t clean the oven.

First off, the company sub contracts out the work which can be frustrating. In our case, they failed to give the sub contracted company a proper description of our home, which is an old victorian. So only one person shower up to clean a 4 bedroom with walk up finished attic. Even then the worker failed to do simple task such as clean inside of the windows (which we paid extra for). House was not cleaned hardly at all. Nothing of note was done. We had an event the next day at our home and although they offered to come back and try again, we did not have time to allow that. Do the job right the first time. We had high expectations for this company and it was truly the worst experience we have had with a cleaning company. I would not use this company at all. As for the sub contract company, I still put the blame on Indy cleaning pros, if you are going to push a service as your own, you are liable when those sub contractors fail to meet expectations. Photos from after "cleaning" was complete.

Good morning Seth. We apologize that you were not pleased and never charged you for the cleaning because it was not completed. The issue was not the size of the home but the state of the home. We have the before pictures as well and their was trash all through the house. The cleaner spent hours picking up trash and pampers off the floors, tables and dressers. The home needed more than a deep cleaning. The service you needed was Not what you ordered. We tried to return the same day with help but you refused. We pride ourselves in good service and honesty. Your booking was canceled and you was not charged at all.
