- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am $40 hr on inside homes and outside stuff. however I am a person of heart not to take advantage of me though but I am flexible. I can not say it enough I more than love to help people simplify their lives☺😊 I am a new company so am giving good deals but also if a repeat customers and give a referral you will get 25% off your next project/clean.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
go visit place of project with customer, make sure we are on same page about what is to be completed, any special needs I need to know about? Any allergies or dislikes to cleaners, etc. what is a good time for you to have me complete project and how would you like to pay. Is this going to be a repeat job, if so how often.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm 43 and have been a deep thorough cleaner since I was probably 10.. love to organize and help people simple their lives. besides I love all the different conversations I have along the way. I have been a waitress for 22 years, 13 years almost at Skyline chili and other places along the wat☺
