- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will come out to give you a FREE eastimate and explain our services completely. Your first maintenance will get a 10% discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding how large the spa is, finding out how often it is used to know if it needs to be maintained once a week or 2 weeks, then scheduling a day of the week to come out and provide our spa services. We also explain that every 6 months or less depending on usage, we would need to come out for maintenance on the spa. That is extensive cleaning and maintenence.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner does this every week plus he has worked for a company that sells spas and he was in charge of xxleaning and maintaining them. He has several years experience.
