Came out and took care of my gutters. Very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Understood importance of functional gutters and the integrity of my home. I was able to get a timely appointment. He was on time and communicated exact time he would show up as appointment approached. Thanks for getting my gutters going again! I am sure I will see you again.

whole experience was great. initial contact was from josh. he came out .. measured and discussed options.. never felt any pressure or upselling.. told me exactly what i needed and nothing more. cost was right in line with averages. status communication after the contract was signed was great. job was completed within two weeks and the install crew was respectful to my property and really did a nice job of clean up. really excellent work. would highly recommend.

Hired Gutter Brothers to come out and clean our gutters. Nick showed up and quoted quickly. We scheduled and paid for the work. They did not show up the day that they were supposed to, even though the weather was excellent. Followed up with them the next day and they quickly rescheduled for the following week. Crew showed up and cleaned gutters. A few days later, we had a pretty bad rain and now my gutters are leaking horribly! I called Nick to let him know we were having an issue and he said he would talk to the crew and get back to me. After hearing nothing for a couple days and another leaky rain storm, I texted a video to Nick. I even told him that I was not accusing his crew of anything, I just wanted it fixed. He, unfortunately, was out of town and assured me he would check on it. That was in June and I am still yet to hear anything back from Nick or Gutter Brothers in October. Super disappointing to spend $650 for 30 minutes of work and be left with a bigger problem. I wish they would have tried to handle the issue, but they did not. Not a good experience! ***UPDATE - Called Bob yesterday. Was told he would return my phone call within the hour. He had not called 3 hours later. Called again, was told they would take a message for him. Almost 24 hours later, still no return phone call from Bob! Will keep everyone updated.
