- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fundamentally centered within two core beliefs: 1.) Clean Sweep 317 is not a "patch repair" company. We believe in fixing the problem the right way by attacking the root issue, NOT merely covering it up. 2.) We also believe in providing very thorough chimney safety inspections in order to best care for our customer's safety. This service is often overlooked and leaves many homeowners in dangerous situations. With the above in mind, our pricing accurately reflects the time, material and skill required to carry out the right services and cannot be compared to those who do not operate at this same standard of care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for excellent service is as follows: 1.) Schedule Inspection 2.) Certified Technician inspects system and reports on findings 3.) Quote generated upon request 4.) Approve the repairs 5.) Schedule the work Most repair jobs are booked within a two month time frame upon quote approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our entire team undergoes weekly continuing education covering technical knowledge, safety training, home service best practices, and leadership training. We recognize that our ability to serve our clients directly relates to emphasis placed on education. Our technicians are also certified by the National Chimney Sweep Guild and are required to acquire CEUs to maintain their certification.
