- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's very difficult to accurately price pest control jobs with the limited criteria that Thumbtack provides. Once you contact me I will always ask more questions to determine the actual cost to you. For instance, my wasp nest removal service starts at $100 for a small nest. Two-story hornet nests start at $200 and go up depending on many factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Gathering information over the phone followed by an in person inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience, plus formal education and training through Purdue extension.
