Brian helped us discover a problem with one of our toilets. The previous owner had fixed a leak of the toilet but failed to allow the subfloor to dry out and it was slowly rotting away. Brian replaced the rotted out subfloor and secure the toilet. He also did a fine job laying vinyl plank. He made a stressful repair less stressful because of his carpentry and plumbing skills.

I hired Brian to change and diagnose an outlet that melted a plug. He responded to my call on a holiday weekend and gave me quick appointment options. In addition to the repair, he efficiently changed out several outlets. He is knowledgeable and worked efficiently. I would hire him again.
