- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer four different packages that can be viewed on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Clients are first asked to complete the playlist form that is appropriate for their event (Wedding or Regular Event forms) after they have paid the required deposit to lock in their date. Once the form is completed and submitted, the client will schedule a time to have a follow-up consultation(s) to discuss their form/itinerary. Setup for the event typically begins about 2 hours before the booked start time (no extra fee for setup/breakdown before and after the booked event time).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a formal background in music, and have done hundreds of events including weddings, sporting events, and dance clubs.
