I simply care about people. If it's too late, just text me. Communication is a problem of many people - but it is not an issue with me. If you need me - just let me know and I'll get right back with you, at midnight if you wish!
I do not enjoy three things: suits, formalities and making us "look important". I enjoy the other three things: wearing jeans, t-shirts, and creating very relaxed atmosphere - because many people are already under stress, so why add to it? If you want to watch "Family Guy" while I work on your case - that can easily be arranged.

If I ever need legal help Eugene is the one I will go to! He helped me get my divorce started during a really tough time for me. He isn't one of those suit and tie attorneys. He's laid back and funny, but he makes sure the job gets done professionally. My divorce was done professionally and comfortably. With less stress as possible. My divorce was final in 6 months (helps that both parties can get along) I would highly recommend Eugene for anyone that needs legal help! He is a great attorney and works hard for his clients!

Best Lawyer I’ve ever had to hire for any event. Very very VERRRY knowledgeable of all parts of a divorce and very professional. Even though there weren’t many things to divide or split, he explained every process and every step of the way. I was not in the gray for any part of the entire divorce. The case was handled in less than 3 months as promised. And his rates were the better than anybody I could find after a week of searching!

Eugene has made one of the most difficult events of my life, divorce, bearable. He is very knowledgeable, down to earth, and made me laugh which I really appreciated. It took the sting out of the process and made me feel less like a statistic and more like a hurting person trying to get through a difficult process. He even worked with soon to be ex-husband, with my permission, to avoid both of us being in the same room with one another to sign final paperwork. Eugene is awesome!!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The vast majority of immigration cases and agreed divorces are the flat fees. Contested divorces and family law matters (e.g. custody, juvenile paternity, etc.) are almost always on billable basis (billed in 0.1 hour increments)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a consultation, and once the client decides to hire our law firm, we will send out a contract, an intake, and a necessary questionnaire to get started. A list of requirement documents may also be provided, if applicable.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers, and that's the fun part of my job! Everyone can strike an interesting conversation and everyone got a story. I got time, ears and heart - and that's why I love what I do.
