- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The vast majority of immigration cases and agreed divorces are the flat fees. Contested divorces and family law matters (e.g. custody, juvenile paternity, etc.) are almost always on billable basis (billed in 0.1 hour increments)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We conduct a consultation, and once the client decides to hire our law firm, we will send out a contract, an intake, and a necessary questionnaire to get started. A list of requirement documents may also be provided, if applicable.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We work with all kinds of customers, and that's the fun part of my job! Everyone can strike an interesting conversation and everyone got a story. I got time, ears and heart - and that's why I love what I do.
