FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My hourly rate is $200. Most cases involve a minimum of 5 hours for representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up a free phone consultation. It's the fastest way to get to the root of the problem and discuss how I can help. Phone consultations are only a few minutes but it is also a good way to see if we will work well together. The attorney-client relationship is just that; a relationship. We must trust each other or it just won't work. After that, I schedule an initial consultation at my office and we hit the ground running. The initial consult involves a few housekeeping things such as payment and signing agreements and information gathering. I like to get started as soon as possible because a delay of a day or two can cause serious consequences in a court room.
