- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with all customers with all prices. We offer discounts for vets, law enforcement, teachers. 5% We also now offer financing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with new clients, we make sure the client fully understands all the steps. 1. We contact the clients via phone or through email. 2. We try to fit a quote in based off the best needs for the clients. 3. Our scheduling office will book the appointment and one of our Director of Sales will come out to perform the estimate. 4. That information is giving to the office manager and she or her assistant will send out a formal quote to the clients email. 5. After that its up to the client to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each member on our team is thoroughly trained properly. Any new guy we get has to go through a proper training course online within our own office. Once on the field, they move up the ladder as we check off their process. No one is ever thrown out to do anything if they are not properly trained in that field.
