FAQs
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As a child, I think my fascination with how things work is what ultimately led me to fixing computers. Before I ever called myself a professional, I spent many hours taking things apart and trying to put them back together, whether it was a computer, or random electronics around the house. I learned a lot, and ultimately decided to educate myself, earn my certifications, and pursue technology as a profession.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Most of my service calls are for PC tune-ups and virus removal. I also receive several others for miscellaneous issues, such as simple Windows errors all the way up to complete hardware failure.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
My best advice is to look for someone certified who can provide various references, and it's also a plus to find someone who can explain your issue in simple terms and leave you better educated afterwards.
