Showed up when they said they would. Have a storing knowledge of equipment. The only issue is that they don’t seem to have much respect for the homeowner when it comes to design (careless placement of thermostat, wiring, and air conditioning pipes.).

I went over the placement of the thermostat that had to be relocated before we moved it and the placement of the air conditioning pipes before we ran them. And relocating the AC unit as Requested after the fact. No one knew that the elevator contractor totally removed the lines until we cut access holes for inspection
