No because we have coupons going on all the time in every category. You can see the specials on our website
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Qualify the job if it needs a deep cleaning or regular clean. Walking through with the customer what needs to be done then giving them the best coupon available i have to fit there needs. Then i share with them what they can do to maintain there home carpet or upholstery cleaning needs
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years ago when i started i went to classes and IICRC. I worked for different companies to learn different phases of the trade llike Stanley steamer i picked up the basics of carpet cleaning. Rainbow international carpet dyeing and cleaning is where i really got going including there schooling in waco texas but i sub contracted for them doing apartments is where i developed my skills in every phase of the trade and there was some other companies that really fine tuned my experience in water damage, Stretching carpet, Dyeing carpets, spot dyeing. and even now i am always fine tuning my level of expertise 24 years later. I have found that the more i do the work myself the quality steys stronger rather then having someone else do the work.
