John, I apologize for the misunderstanding. I was just trying to explain why I typically charge more for larger water heaters. 75 gallon and up are harder to handle and require more work. Yours was an easier installation than most because yours was located in your garage. I still have to have help loading and unloading the unit that I will take to the recycling place. I am a property manager of rental homes and I use Advanced Plumbing & Bath almost exclusively for all my properties. They are quick to respond when needed and always do a great job without callbacks for jobs not done right the first time. I have been a customer for over 2 years now and have worked with them on at least 75 different plumbing jobs. I don't see changing to any other plumbing service for any time soon. My tenants really like him and his charges are fair for the work done.

I cannot speak toward the workmanship of Advanced Plumbing & Bath Remodel, Inc. but, based on my experience, this company demonstrated a lack of professionalism and dependability. I scheduled Advanced Plumbing for a water heater install and I experienced good communication w/ them leading up to the install. However, on the day of the install, they did not show up. I took of work early to meet them at my house at 3pm. I waited and after 30 minutes I called to check-in to see if they were running late, lost, etc. They did not answer the phone so I left a message. I also sent a text message. I did not receive a return call or message. I waited another 30 minutes and called back. Still no answer. I never did hear from this company again. They just left me hanging and I had to call another plumber (which I found one that was 40% cheaper than this company, so it worked out). I was extremely disappointed in their lack of professionalism and lack of respect to at least communicate w/ me. If they did not want the job, at least contact me to let me know so I don't have to waste my time and rearrange my schedule unnecessarily. If you are looking for a dependable plumber, I would look elsewhere. Ryan
