- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not complicated. My rates based on need and services provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After interest from customer is identified. I schedule a conference call and prepare a planning guide for the customer. If interested in hiring we talk about a service agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed bartender for 10 years. Completed intensive Bartending training . Also I am required to do customer care training every year
