- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am one the most affordable bankruptcy attorneys in central Indiana. Your initial consultation with me is FREE. The initial consultation may be by phone which allows you to get to know me without having to travel to my office. For just $100, I can get your bankruptcy case started. In most cases, the attorney fees are no more than $700. I accept payment plans. In most situations, I can have your case filed within a week which will end all creditor collection activities including wage garnishments. I will promptly respond to any of your concerns. Since 1993, I have practiced in the area of bankruptcy law. Please check out my web site for more information. My fees lower than the competition because I am only one block away from the bankruptcy courthouse. I say considerable time having to drive to the courthouse for hearings When submitting a fee quote request, I would appreciate you providing me the approximate amount of your unsecured debt.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To start the process, please contact me so that I can better understand your situation and offer you FREE advice. We may be able to resolve your situation with a simple phone call or through email. If you decide that bankruptcy is right for you, we will need to schedule an appointment which typically lasts no more than an hour. I will ask you several questions for preparing documents. I will prepare the documents at which time we will need to schedule a second appointment for executing and filing the documents. About five weeks after your case is filed, a hearing will be scheduled in which you and I will need to attend.
