- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do charge an inspection fee, that fee does go towards any work you have done with us!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a full home inspection. From there we give a proposal to solve each homeowner's unique nuisance wildlife problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are highly trained through hours of on-site and classroom learning. We are certified through the State. NWCOA, and Ridge-Guard.
