Mathew was absolutely AWESOME!!!! He installed a water pump and water heater on the sink system on my hotdog cart. He said that it was a job that he's never did before but by the quality of the work, I would have never knew. You definitely want to hire this man.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of my work is based on a flat rate scale. Or a by the foot, square, etc. This prevents the customer from feeling scammed with high hourly rates for slow work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by providing a general quote or a specific quote if enough info has been provided. For small repairs I then like to come out with the intention to complete the repair. For larger jobs I can come out to provide accurate estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Several hard years of on the job training. Epa certified. Apprenticeship program. Osha certified. FEMA certified for disaster management. licensed contractor
