Great service and professionalism! Booked Royal Rocks Beverages for my fiancé’s birthday and Shay provided such a great experience and delicious cocktails. Her communication was clear, she responded promptly, and answered every million and one question I had. Our guest loved her and I will definitely be booking Royal Rocks Beverages again!

Royal Rocks is a scam. I booked a date and time, then paid the deposit. On the day of the event, I was contacted by Shay from Royal Rocks. She stated that I had to pay 'in full' two hours prior to the start of the event. I responded by saying that was never discussed, in fact on the invoice itself, it stated that the full price must be paid on the same day of the event, not two hours prior to the event. I even offered to pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival. She refused. If I paid in full prior to the start of the event, she would have walked with even more of my money.
