- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on your needs. I believe that every client should have an opportunity to have the best planner. Therefore, I work with your budget. Every event is unique, and has different needs. I look to find what pricing model, hours of service, or package to support your event will fit best to create a successful event. Understanding the vision for the event, and mapping out a timeline and scope of service. Aligning this with a budget for the event, and my services. I know how to make the dollar stretch for events. I am very conscious of your budget and will work diligently to provide a beautiful event within your target price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My services are completely customizable, so I start out by getting a feel for what my customer needs. I will send you a worksheet that will help me navigate your budget, your priorities and how, where you think you need the most help. Once we have that settled and if you'd like to work with me, I will email you a contract. You will send me the contract back with a non-refundable deposit (which goes toward the total price) and we will start working together. I'm SO excited to help your vision become reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional event coordinator for a global association management company. I also work with an events company that caters towards large expo's for women. I have extensive experience for professional & corporate gatherings to small date nights, weddings, birthdays and other fun events.
