- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free in-home estimates with no obligation and stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We need to evaluate the job and ask questions prior to giving a quote- we don't do any pre-notice about pricing anywhere.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with them and ask what their repair needs are. If appropriate, we schedule a time for a free estimate. If we are able to confidently price , we will quote over the phone or the Thumbtack message.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
We always stress to look for more than just : ``How much?" We stress that clear, fast communication is best and if hiring us or anyone else, do they cover to protect the work area, do the job correctly and professionally and clean up when done? We do!
