- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer quality services at much lower prices since I operate independently. There are no overhead costs that are passed down to you, the consumer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I get in contact with a costumer I offer my availability as soon as possible. Once a time and date has been agreed on I inform the costumer of my ETA and I tend to ask questions about existing issues in order to avoid unnecessary waste of time at the job site. I make it clear to the costumer that I say what I mean and mean what I said. There will be no surprises.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before graduation from a technical school I worked in the Hospitality industry for 7 years. I offer excellent costumer service and different approaches to come up with a solution that’s best for the costumer.
