FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prep work is key! less prep means cheaper pricing!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I first introduced myself via text asking if I may call to speak about their project. I'll proceed by asking how the project has been going for them and let them know I'm here to make things as easy as I possibly can for them! Most jobs can be quoted within 10 mins with a few basic questions and a picture over the phone, so the customer doesn't have to worry about making time for an at home estimate. unless it's a complicated install or some information isn't known in that case I would happily gather that information at a home estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a member of n.t.c.a (national tile contractors association) I'm a C.T.E.F certified installer. (ceramic tile education foundation). Many N.T.C.A certified classes. 12 years of commercial till installation & 7 years of residential tile installation experience. Well over 30,000 hrs of tile experience!!! And still learning new things!
