Two times we scheduled, two times cancelled by the cleaner with excuses. Including the morning of. An hour before. People have lives as well, so when you cancel twice for not unforeseen circumstances, but very "seen" and minor ones you're affecting other people. Part of good service is reliability and transparency, both lacking here with this individual. Message and hire this person only if your life is entirely empty of activity and you spend every waking money moment at home. Perhaps then you might see this person arrive and perform a task in exchange for currency. Otherwise go with any other individual.

She had confirmed a time to clean my brother's house. 15 minutes before she was supposed to be there, she sent me a message saying her worker showed up to the house and unfortunately it was out of the vicinity she works in. My problem is I put in the address to find someone to clean and she confirmed the time and date of the address I put in. Then on the day of, 15 minutes before, she said she couldn't do it. Very poor business etiquette
