Finding out how many items and what type of items. Also, stairs or obstacles I have too look out for when moving. Like a tight space when moving , and Etc .

I’m also a ISSA licensed personal trainer from LA FITNESS and I love to workout. So that help me with my strength to lift extra heavy items when moving.
