- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing for events varies according to each individual client. There is generally a base package price that includes setup/breakdown, wireless mic with MC service, party lighting, and your own custom playlist. Pricing will be affected by the type of event, length of the event, location of the event and anything that is not included in the basic package. (up-lighting, gobo lighting, video presentations, karaoke, live performances, etc)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want customers to feel comfortable and at ease. After initial contact and booking, I submit a contractual agreement to be signed by the client and myself. Then clients dictate how communication will proceed (in-person meeting, phone conversations, or text/email). I talk to clients to get a detailed understanding of what they want for their event, create their custom playlist and make necessary preparations to bring their vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I took piano lessons as a child, which helped train my ear to listen and understand music structure. I went on to create songs, melodies, and tracks for performing artists at various recording studios. Nothing was more satisfying than entertaining people and watching them have fun to my music. So I grew my DJ hobby to a business doing Weddings, Birthday Parties, Bar Mitzvah's Corporate Events, Reunions or anywhere music and entertainment is needed. I have as fun right along with my audience.
