- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are firm, there aren’t hidden fees we base all of our quotes on the information provided by the customer to offer the most accurate affordable rate. We do offer discounts depending on certain factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, direct contact either by phone or email thanking them for choosing our services, and ask confirmation questions - always get a set time and see if they have any questions or concerns. Whatever time our customers choose we always ask if us arriving 10 minutes before works for them to formally introduce ourselves and do a quick in person gameplan for the move.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a young company but each employee of the company has 5+ years of experience with moving.
