FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When regarding pricing it proceeds on what needs to be tackled. This price does tend to vary based on each job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin, we will discuss what your looking to tackle? Is it a standard weekly, bi-weekly or monthly clean? It is just your appliances such as your oven or refrigerator? Perhaps your needing a deep clean or your moving out or in. Each difference option will be discussed and with what it does or does not include. Once we have discussed what needs to be tackled, a time and date for an estimate is typically set. This can be done either in person, were we would meet at your residence. However, there is also the option of doing this through a call video or facetime. If an in person, video or facetime call can not be done, a phone can also occur. Please note, it can be difficult to give a proper estimate without seeing the actual task at hand. Next, we will go over if there any cleaning agents you prefer us to use or avoid. For example, perhaps prefer a certain scent, brand or even want us to use yours. This is important for us to know, so we can properly prepare for your cleaning. Finally, upon acceptance of the estimate, we will set a time and date for your cleaning. On the day of your cleaning we send out a curtsey text message to remind you of your scheduled appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had years of practice and training with OSHA Safety regarding chemicals. As it has taught me how to handle and clean with cleaning agents safely. This in turn promotes, for a better clean for the client and promotes a safe atmosphere. This practice is also followed through by my staff.
