- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no hidden costs. I will alway be upfront with a customer about pricing. And if we do run into an issue the would require additional cost, I will make the customer aware and we will get approval before starting the additional work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will contact the customer and set a time to look at the project with the customer if possible. I will quote the project, and if the customer agrees on the pricing, I will then schedule the work to be done. I am always available should the customer have any questions or concerns during the project, as well as once the project is complete.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking to go into business for myself so that I could better control my schedule and family time. I had worked closely with a gutter contractor off and on and always enjoyed it so I decided that guttering is what I wanted to do
