William was very responsive and he seems like a nice guy; the young guy he brought with him to help was careless and lazy, he actually threw away parts that I then had to dumpster dive and retrieve myself.
While assembling the staircase, William called me in the room to inform me two pieces were missing (which I honestly think were thrown away since other parts were thrown away) and that there were holes drilled incorrectly; I asked him why didn’t he check he had all his pieces before starting the project, to which he responded, “they were in the wrong box”. In regards to the holes being wrong, a quick glance showed me he actually had the pieces crooked, and a nice jerk had everything lined up properly. This was the last straw for me, and I kindly asked him to leave.
After some contemplation, I realized that others might not be inclined to work on a project started by someone else, so, I reached back out to William and asked if he would finish the job; he agreed to come Monday. Monday came; he did not. He told me his father had a medical emergency, which I understand, and he said he would let me know something. I haven’t heard from him, and reached out to another party to finish the job.
Pros: William did an excellent job on the bed, was on time, charged a decent price, and was respectful throughout the whole process.
Cons: He needs to be more mindful of who he asks for assistance, take accountability for his mistakes, and express his opinions honestly. If he did not want to come back, he could have simply stated that, and I could have found someone else that day instead of having to wait two.

Did an excellent job installing my Tv onto the wall. Very nice worker and has a great attitude working, even with me asking a lot of questions. He responds respectfully with every answer with a smile on his face.

The installer was very professional and personable. I had three 50-inch TVs installed with no wires in three different rooms. They had it up on no time. The best price I could find in my area.
