- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mr. Technology features competitive pricing and will work with the customer to find a solution that is both effective and affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a new customer has contacted Mr. Technology one of our representatives will get the appropriate contact information and a description of the service required. Then the customer will be given an estimate and options for pick up or drop off of equipment to be serviced.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 4 Associate of Applied Science degrees in various Information Technology disciplines including Security, Networking and PC Maintenance and repair.
