Hello, my name is Shelly, owner of "Always There InHome Pet Care". I am an animal lover through and through and specialize in working with dogs and cats. I can provide them the care, love, and affection they need when their families are out of town. Pets bring so much joy and happiness to my life and seeing their tails wagging and happy faces everyday just puts a smile on my face! Routine is so important for our pets and I strive to understand each pet's needs so as to not interrupt their comfort while their families are not home. I would choose all 5 options if the question would let me. Shelly was professional, timely, a great communicator and very dependable which is high value! This was our first time using a non-family/freeing pet sitter and I would do it again! Shelly scheduled a meet and greet, took notes about the house and specifics about our cat’s personality, hiding spots, and needs. He took to her right away and she knew immediately he was going to be fine with her and he was. He usually hides from new people but during the course of our being away, Shelly sent us updates from every visit with pictures, tasks completed and descriptions of our cat’s behavior. He loved her and was always eager for her to wrap up her tasks, sit down and pet him. It’s a great relief when away to know someone who cares so much and is dedicated to good care of you beloved fur-family member(s) is checking in on them. We will not hesitate to use her services again, she’s awesome. Thanks again Shelly!

Shelly provided the most loving, supportive care for our puppy while we were on a trip - I truly can't say enough good things about the experience. She kept us updated with texts and photos, gave us so much helpful information about how he was doing, and even worked with our five-month-old boy on his manners and his leash walking skills! She has a wonderfully calm presence and our pup immediately fell in love. Highly, highly recommend.
