The best quote I got to remove a broken elliptical machine was $60, but Landmark offered over the phone $75 with a free, no-obligation on-site estimate that promptly occurred same-day and though they tried to bring up the charge to $120 (approx.), I cited the competitor that would be there later that day for $60 and how over-the-phone it was $75 (I gave 240lb weight, it was already in the garage ready to be wheeled out), and so they kept the charge to their "minimum fee" of $75 and the job was done right then and there in only a few minutes. Paid by card on their tablet device. It was convenient and quick.

WOW JUST WOW! Impressive work on our total basement haul out! Despite having to reschedule multiple times, Cindy was professional and very gracious. On haul-out day, the crew showed up promptly and got right to work. Fair, upfront pricing estimate which aligned spot-on with their final charges....which, are the best we've experienced, after having recently used similar services. We are so impressed with the speed of their work and final cleaned-out basement! We would absolutely hire this crew again and very confidently, highly recommend their services!

Highly recommend Landmark Junk Removal for your big household/yard needs. We took down a stone wall that was attached to our house & they came within a day to give us a quote & remove all the stone & debris. Very professional & did a fantastic job with the clean up!
