The painter expedited the paint job to make sure it was complete before I left town. His crew did extra tasks such as cutting bushes, cutting wires off of the house and power washing. He made adjustments throughout the job to make sure we was satisfied with the final result. The house has curb appeal and looks newer compared to the older bland color. I'm pleased with the way it turned out.

Mendoza painting painted the exterior of an older house with cedar siding. They scraped, primed with oil and painted the wood and touched up all the trim. They did this all in about 1-1/2 days with a fairly large crew working - the boss was there at all times. We were very happy with the job and the communication. They were punctual, efficient and they did a nice job cleaning up the site afterward. All went well.

They do excellent work!! I had a large interior room painted. One wall was 25 feet tall with 10 windows. It was challenging but they handled it with ease. I was impressed with their efficiency, quality of work, and reasonable prices. I would definitely use them again! Great job!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Interior Paint: $1.50/ sq. foot Walls Only Interior Paint Trim Add $1.00 to the base footage noted above. Thererfore, $ 2.50/ sq. foot. If you have flooring we fully cover floors. Customer buys all paints except for tape, plastic, and masking paper.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We come out and do estimate. (free) If the customer approves the estimate then we schedule. We do require 50% for scheduling and labor
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been business for over ten years and my staff trained.
