- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Trusted Home Solutions our goal is provide you the customer a price that makes sense. We have came up with our prices after price checking other companies over the years. For standard installs we have a base price that covers a basic installation if other work is determined to be needed after being on site, we will let you know before we do anything!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There are two ways you can reach us. Send us a message through Thumbtack and one of our lead technicians will review it and get back with you within 48hrs. You may call us directly we have a dedicated line for new quotes! Extension 2. If one of our lead technicians don’t answer simply leave us a voice mail and we will return your call within 48hrs! We are hear to help you with your project and will provide you with excellent customer service/experience!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have three main team leaders that all got started in the business in different ways. Max started by flipping homes 20 years ago, there isn’t a job that he hasn’t seen done. Grandon started off as a apartment maintenance supervisor, he’s dealt with every kind of handyman job you can think of. Alex started off by training under Max & Grandon and has since came into his own.
