We are a locally owned and operated HVAC company based in Fort Wayne, Indiana, serving all of Allen County with ambitions to expand. We noticed a growing trend of large corporate HVAC firms taking over the space that once was filled by smaller, locally owned companies.
Witnessing this, we felt compelled to start our own HVAC company to reinstate the essence of local, personalized, and affordable service.
We believe that HVAC service should not just be a transaction, it should be a relationship. Instead of up-charging and taking advantage of customers, our goal is to provide a cost-effective and personal experience. We care about our community and strive to keep your home comfortable at a fair price.
Leveraging our extensive experience in trades and HVAC, we guarantee the same level of quality as the large corporations.But unlike them, we are proud to employ local technicians and staff. Living and working in Fort Wayne, we take pride in supporting our local economy.
Our dedicated team of installers and service technicians are thrilled to be part of our mission. They're eager to build the company they've always wished existed. We are actively hiring and working with local trade schools to foster career development for our youth and demonstrate that Fort Wayne is a vibrant place to launch a successful career.

Fantastic sercive and very prompt. Very patient with my 2 year-old daughter as she tried to "help"Jeff M and Chad S gave us the best experience we've ever had with HVAC people. We originally called for vent cleaning (Chad was very prompt, professional, and efficent at his job) which came with a free furnace inspection. Jeff M performed said inspection and let us know that our furnace was attempting to kill the entire household. He showed me detailed pictures of the problems and explained why they were problems very well. He discussed our options for either repair or replacement. Seeing as how our furnace is 27 years old, we opted for replacement. Not 30 mins later, one of their people came to our home, looked around at the issues, and got us approved for a new furnace and central AC unit (I'm sorry I don't remember his name). This company is EXTREMELY professional and curteous. Jeff M even showed us the carbon monoxide meters that he uses in his own home and highly recomends. Chad S was so friendly and patient with my toddler as she tried to "help" him with his vacuum and explained to her how it worked. We cannot recommend these people highly enough.

I loved how they called ahead of time and got right to it! They were very patient while waiting for my son & I to move furniture from covered vents. Answered all of my questions, giving me the peace of mind needed.

We're having some trouble with a Ruud heat pump that we bought in October, and Jeff has come twice to work on it. He is very friendly and seems determined to figure out the problem.
