- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a licensed LLC (IN & OH), and we are fully insured, but we are able to offer such low prices because we have lower business overhead and we are a factory authorized dealer for a brand of heating and Air equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our business is repeat customers and customers we received through word of mouth, and when we get a new customer they will contact us for all their Heating, Air, and Appliance Repair needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have multiple college degrees and certificates in Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning. I also have many certifications in HVAC from the Esco institute. I have also completed an appliance repair academy with a major in refrigerators, freezers, and ice makers.
