- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We require a 50% deposit on the 1st day we begin working on your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we set up an appointment for us to come out and give you a free estimate. Second, after we take a look at your project, we will write you an estimate and send it over to your email. If you approve the estimate, we move on to scheduling your project start date.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
my advise would be to ask as many questions as possible and make sure you have all of the information you are looking for.
